The Mindful Mama 5-week series invites you to return the focus to YOURSELF.
The program is about intentional self-care through restorative practices for your
physical, mental and spiritual WELL - BEING.
It involves group sharing, gentle movements and body work, meditation, self-awareness practices, and new frameworks for thinking, all with the objective to bring us BACK TO SELF.
RE-CENTER, RE-FOCUS and FEEL RESTED.
We believe in responsive and informed programming.
This program took inspiration from the voices and concerns of other women. As we continue to listen wholeheartedly, we will continue to adapt our program to best support the individuals we encounter.
