The Mindful Mama 5-week series invites you to return the focus to YOURSELF.


The program is about intentional self-care through restorative practices for your

physical, mental and spiritual WELL - BEING.


It involves group sharing, gentle movements and body work, meditation, self-awareness practices, and new frameworks for thinking, all with the objective to bring us BACK TO SELF.


RE-CENTER, RE-FOCUS and FEEL RESTED.

Theme: 'More than just moms'
5 min - Opening circle, welcome and check-in
5 min - Introduction of the theme
25 min - Self-portrait (drawing practice)
Roles we play and feelings we have about them (journaling, open discussion)
35 min - Tension release somatic practice (gentle body movement)
15 min - Closing circle, takeways and intention setting

*Although the event is free, we will be collecting $5-20 as a donation to the Yellowbrick house, which is an agency supporting abused women and children.
